* The practice is based in a busy Pets at Home pet care centre and offers free onsite parking
* A profitable practice with a strong, experienced team in place
* Easily accessible both by car and public transport. It has great links to Leeds by train or car, and is also based close to a large retail park and residential area, ensuring high footfall
* The practice currently operates six days a week (closed on Sunday), and therefore offers the opportunity for someone to develop the practice further and potentially open seven days a week.
* There is an out of hours provider nearby, meaning the team in Vets for Pets Selby have a good work/life balance
* The practice comprises three consult rooms, theatre, x-ray combined in one consult room, separate cat and dog kennel areas, office space, colleague area, which is shared with the Pets at Home team, isolation ward and prep area
