Responsibilities
* Supporting students in class, both one‑to‑one and in small groups
* Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
* Working closely with teachers to bring lessons to life
* Encouraging independence, resilience, and self‑belief in every student
Qualifications
* A warm, enthusiastic personality (bonus points for a great smile!)
* Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
* A genuine passion for supporting young people
* Experience in education or SEN is lovely – but not essential
