Job Description
Job Duties:
* Supervising and caring for children aged between 0-5 years in a nursery setting
* Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities
* Assessing children's development and communicating progress with parents
* Maintaining a safe and clean environment
* Supporting children's emotional and social development
Required Qualifications:
* Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification
* Valid DBS check
* Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
Education:
* GCSEs in English and Maths
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years education
Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a nursery setting
* Experience in planning and delivering activities for young children
Knowledge and Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Understanding of child development theories
* Ability to work effectively in a team
Preferred Qualifications:
* Paediatric First Aid qualification
* SEN training
Working Conditions:
* Work hours may vary, including early mornings and occasional weekends
* Physical ability to supervise and engage with young children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
