About the role Our Housing Services team provide effective administration support to enable our Housing Advisers to maximise their productivity and provide advice and guidance to tenants on a wide range of basic housing enquiries. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and partners on criteria-based allocations and Lettings to ensure appropriate housing linked to family needs. About you You will be highly organised and experienced in utilising customer experience systems with the energy, drive and enthusiasm to provide outstanding support to your colleagues. You will thrive in a busy, dynamic office environment and have an eye for detail with a digital mindset to support customers to channel shift and promote self-service options. Your professionalism and empathy will enable you to make this fast-paced role a success. You will be educated to A level/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and will be keen to undertake further fully funded study to achieve a Chartered Institute of Housing Level 3 qualification that will provide a solid foundation for your future career.
