Literacy & Mathematical Fluency: Drive high standards in writing composition and complex reading analysis, alongside embedding robust mathematical reasoning and times table automaticity in preparation for national check milestones. Academic Progress Monitoring: Implement rigorous formative and summative assessment routines, utilising pupil tracking data to design sharp, targeted small-group interventions that bridge learning gaps. Classroom Management: Establish routines that foster a love of learning, independent thinking, and strong collaborative skills among lower Key Stage 2 pupils. Pastoral & Safeguarding Care: Maintain proactive, positive communication with parents and carers, managing daily pupil well-being, registration, and safeguarding duties with absolute diligence.
