Year 4/5 Job Share Teacher Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that meet the diverse needs of Year 4/5 students.
* Implement engaging teaching strategies to inspire and motivate learners.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets for improvement.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices.
* Maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment that promotes respectful behaviour and positive relationships.
* Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and wellbeing.
* Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and other school activities as required.
Year 4/5 Job Share Teacher Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching Year 4/5 students in a primary school setting.
* Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and best teaching practices.
* Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
