Allen & Harris Estate Agency are looking for a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join them in Cardiff.

Key responsibilities of a Mortgage Advisor:
10. Building relationships with the Estate Agency team through training and support.
11. Take part in regular team meetings to discuss best practice and build relationships.
12. You will conduct 2 to 3 appointments a day.
13. Providing advice on a range of products and services to meet your customers’ needs.
14. You will also be attracting new customers and business whilst being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Mortgage Advisor:
15. Resilient, positive and friendly attitude
16. Strong track record in generating new sales and following through to completions
17. Motivated to be successful
18. Always doing the right thing by the customer
19. Able to work under pressure and build strong alliances
20. CeMap qualified or Equivalent or willing to train towards holding the qualification
21. Full UK Driving Licence
