Document Controller required, a lead mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering company delivering high-quality, innovative building services solutions across the UK. With a strong reputation built on expertise, reliability, and collaboration, are expanding thier team and looking for a skilled Document Controller to support our growing portfolio of projects.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team based at our Liverpool Street office. You will play a key role in managing project documentation across multiple live projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in document control processes.
Document Controller Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain project documentation using Aconex and 4Projects
* Ensure all documents are correctly filed, distributed, and archived in line with company and project requirements
* Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely document submissions and approvals
* Maintain document registers and track revisions and approvals
* Ensure compliance with document control procedures and standards
* Support project teams with reporting and document-related queries
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Document Controller within the construction sector
* Strong working knowledge of Aconex and 4Projects or similar systems
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
