Were recruiting an Area Service Delivery Manager to oversee FM and maintenance delivery across a portfolio of multi‑site contracts. Youll manage and support engineering teams across multiple trades, ensuring high standards of service delivery, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This is a hands‑on leadership role with responsibility for performance, people management, and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and developing multi‑disciplinary engineering teams
* Ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and H&S standards are consistently met
* Overseeing maintenance delivery and supporting project works
* Acting as the key point of contact for client escalations
* Driving improvements across service delivery and performance
About you:
* Background in FM / maintenance with strong operational experience
* Proven experience managing engineers across multiple sites
* Confident leader with excellent communication skills
* Trade or FM management qualification preferred
