Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance in line with the site maintenance schedule
* Respond to mechanical breakdowns and carry out effective repairs to minimise downtime
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure production continuity
* Continuously improve maintenance practices to maximise service levels
* Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times
* Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and environmental requirements
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
1. Time-served Mechanical Engineer with relevant qualifications
2. Previous experience working within a manufacturing or industrial environment
3. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
4. High attention to detail
5. Ability to work under pressure and within tight time constraints
6. Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude
