We are currently recruiting for 2 positions, permanent role at 19hrs per week & fixed term maternity cover at 21.5hrs per week, these are based within Extra Care at Persona Care and Support
We are currently recruiting to our Wellbeing Assistant teams who work across our Extra Care Scheme at Redbank in Radcliffe, Peachment Place in Bury and Falcon and Griffin in Bury. About you
You will have enthusiasm in everything that you do and the ability to develop strong effective working relationships with a range of people, to ensure a smooth, quality service that focusses positive outcomes for people we support.
You will be an enthusiastic, flexible person with a ‘can do’ attitude and caring nature and you will want to see people be the best that they can.

About the role
You will be supporting tenants with day to day living. This will include personal care needs and attending appointments or social activities in our centres and as members of the wider community, whilst recognising that they live in their own homes.
You will brighten people’s days or support them when needed during the night. You will encourage people to live independent, fulfilling lives, developing friendships and social networks.
