Ruminant Area Sales Manager – Feed & Nutrition - South Lanarkshire - £40,000–£45,000 DOE + Commission + Company Car + Benefits
The Job:
We are recruiting for a Ruminant Area Sales Manager to drive feed and nutritional product sales across South Lanarkshire. This role focuses on supporting dairy and beef farmers with tailored nutrition solutions while developing long-term, profitable customer relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with dairy and beef farmers
- Provide technical feed advice and herd performance solutions
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within the territory
- Retain and grow existing customer accounts
- Deliver regular reporting and market insight
- Provide professional, on-farm support and service
The Candidate:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Genuine passion for ruminant livestock and herd performance
- Commercially driven and target-focused
- Self motivated with strong territory management skills
- Full UK driving licence
The Package:
- £40,000–£45,000 basic salary (DOE)
- Uncapped commission structure
