Meet Our Client We're looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated carers to provide high-quality 1:1 and 2:1 care for a gentleman living at home in Burnley. He enjoys watching TV and films and spending time with his much-loved French Bulldog, so a caring and personable approach is essential. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in complex care, supporting a client with a care routine that includes tracheostomy and ventilator management. You will support with personal care, daily routines, and mobility, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety throughout the day and night. Clear and effective communication is a vital part of this role. You will work closely with the family and wider care team to ensure seamless handovers, consistent care, and prompt reporting of any changes in his condition or need. You'll join a supportive, experienced team dedicated to helping you build confidence and develop your clinical skills in complex care.
