Job Title: Branch Assistant Location: There are currently two vacancies available, located in NE3 2EF and NE11 0JF. Salary: Up to 30k (DOE) Overtime Hours: 42.5 hours per week Working Hours: 7:30am – 5:00pm Overtime: Optional, paid at time and a half The Role We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established electrical wholesaler for a reliable and motivated Branch Assistant to join their busy trade counter team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys a mix of customer service, warehouse duties, and driving. Key Responsibilities * Serving customers on the trade counter * Trade counter sales and customer support * Taking in and checking deliveries * Manual handling and general warehouse duties * Using computer systems for orders and stock * Occasional local deliveries as required Requirements * Full UK Driving Licence (preferred) * Comfortable using computers and basic systems * Ability to carry out manual handling tasks * Strong customer service skills * Previous experience in a trade counter or electrical wholesaler environment is desirable What’s on Offer * Stable, full-time position * Optional overtime paid at 1.5x * Friendly team environment * Opportunity to grow within a respected electrical wholesaler
