About The Role.
Thanks to our success, we’re looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our ambitious, high-performing team.
In this role, you’ll manage a high number of existing accounts from a mix of industries (think retail, health, beauty, travel & tech etc!).
You’ll be the go-to for clients, ensuring they get maximum value from our solutions while spotting opportunities to grow and strengthen relationships.
Responsibilities include
* Manage and Grow a High-Volume Account Portfolio: Own a broad portfolio of existing accounts, building efficient and trusted relationships at scale
* Drive Commercial Success: Focus on renewals, and proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to support revenue growth across your book of business. Using renewals to make recommendations on actionable optimisations
* Proposal & Campaign Support: Develop proposals and campaign recommendations that address client needs and objectives
* CRM & Pipeline Management: Keep your pipeline up to date, ensuring accurate forecasting and activity tracking within our CRM system
* Internal Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment on accounts
Requirements

* Managed a high number of existing accounts with strong organisational skills
* Proven track record in managing renewals, driving upsell opportunities, and leading commercial negotiations
* Strong pipeline management experience
* Results-driven, with experience working towards and exceeding revenue targets
