Your Role
Lead and support care teams in providing person-centred nursing care
Deliver holistic care that meets residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological needs
Foster a positive and respectful environment through leadership and mentorship
Ensure residents’ safety, comfort, and well-being at all times
What You Need
A minimum of 6 months’ experience as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
A valid NMC PIN and strong clinical understanding
Confidence in Moving and Handling procedure
Two recent clinical references
A current PVG (or willingness to apply)
