Overview
We have an opportunity for a Consultant Applied Psychologist (8C) to work into Change Grow Live (CGL) who offer the drug and alcohol service into Stockton. We are looking for an organised, creative psychologist who wants to use their psychological skills in a variety of ways. It is for a fixed term contract for 6 months based in Stockton for 37.5 hours a week.
Responsibilities
* The main aims of the role are to: Review the current psychology provision within the wider context to meet the psychological needs of service users and report on this with clear recommendations.
* Provide some direct service delivery.
* Work in tandem with TEWV Stockton hub team.
* Provide leadership and supervision to the psychological professions.
* Provide expert psychological advice, guidance and consultation to other staff contributing directly to client\'s diagnosis, formulation and intervention plan.
Qualifications
* You will be required to be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council as a Practitioner Psychologist.
