Job Duties:
1. Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students across different age groups and subjects
2. Adapt teaching methods to meet the varying needs of students
3. Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
4. Assess and evaluate student progress regularly
5. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Required Qualifications:
6. Enhanced DBS check
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
8. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
9. Previous experience teaching in a classroom setting
10. Experience working with diverse student populations
Knowledge and Skills:
11. Strong understanding of the UK national curriculum
12. Ability to differentiate instruction based on individual student needs
13. Effective classroom management skills
14. Proficient in using educational technology
Preferred Qualifications:
15. Postgraduate qualification in Education
16. Additional subject specialisms or teaching certifications
Working Conditions:
17. Work in various schools across the East of England region
18. Adhere to school policies and procedures
19. Flexible working hours based on school requirements
20. Potential for short notice assignments
