Overview
We are looking for a part-time Training Administrator to join our team in Chawston.
You will support the coordination of training bookings and manage records, helping to ensure all staff remain compliant.
• 25 to 30 hours per week
• £18,746 to £22,495 (£30k full time equivalent)

What you'll be doing
As part of the wider People function, you will assist with other People and Talent administration tasks where required.
• With support from the Training Coordinator, become the first point of contact for all Training related enquiries to provide outstanding service to the business.
• Manage a RAG report, reviewing expiring training, booking courses, and ensuring attendance.
• Drive compliance through ensuring mandatory training completion meets 100% compliance
• Record booked training courses on our LMS, PeopleHR system and Training Costings, and ensure clear joining instructions are provided to delegates.
• Conduct weekly reminders of upcoming training and assist with cancellations and rescheduling.
• Process certificates, maintaining accurate records and posting qualifications to employees.
• Administer and maintain all records on our online training platform, iHASCO, as well as creating and distributing status reports to all offices.
Who we're looking for
• Previous experience of working in a busy office
• Strong administration skills
• A good communicator, able to deal confidently with a variety of people face-to- face, in writing and on the telephone
• Display a positive attitude and be committed to high levels of accuracy
• Strong IT skills, in particular MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Proven planning and organisation skills with ability to prioritise workloads
