Key Responsibilities:
As a Temporary Customer Service Executive, you will be the voice of our client! Your main tasks will include:
Responding promptly to emails, ensuring all customer inquiries are addressed efficiently 📧
Answering calls with a friendly demeanour, providing information and resolving issues over the phone ☎️
Engaging with customers on social media platforms, addressing questions and comments in a timely manner 💬

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 🗣️
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude
Experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus!
