Key Responsibilities
As a Corporate Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering deals and advisory projects, working closely with the Head of Corporate Finance and our fantastic client base.
You'll get involved in:
Managing a variety of corporate finance projects – business sales, acquisitions, valuations, fundraising
Preparing business plans, financial models, and information memoranda
Supporting clients through due diligence and negotiations
Building strong relationships with clients, funders, lawyers, and intermediaries
Contributing to the growth of the team and helping to win new business
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
We would envisage you would be:
ACA / ACCA qualified (or similar)
Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
Confident preparing reports, models, and client presentations
A great communicator who enjoys working with clients and solving problems
Motivated, proactive, and a team player
