We are seeking skilled Window and Door Fitters to join our growing team, specialising in the installation of windows and doors for new build developments. Working in teams of two, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality installations across South Devon and surrounding areas, all within a two-hour drive of our base.
Location
South Devon - projects across Torbay, Newton Abbot, Paignton, Totnes, Kingsbridge, and nearby areas (travel within 2 hours of depot).
Salary
£13.20 - £15.50 per hour (dependent on experience)
Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities
* Install and fit windows and doors to required specifications.
* Carry out accurate measurements to ensure proper alignment and sealing.
* Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and site cleanliness.
* Work collaboratively with other trades on site when required.
* Record completed work and report issues promptly.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
* Valid UK Driving Licence.
* Practical experience in a trade or similar hands-on role (e.g. carpentry, glazing, construction, fitting).
Desirable:
* Previous window and door fitting experience (not essential - full training will be provided).
* NVQ in Fenestration Installation.
* Valid CSCS card.
