V.E. White & Co., A well-regarded law firm in Medway is looking to expand its Residential Property team with a qualified Licenced Conveyancer, Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or an experienced Paralegal.
You will join a team recognised across the South East for delivering high-quality legal services. Working alongside respected professionals, you will handle a caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, with support available from senior colleagues when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions

The Person
We are looking for:
* A Licenced Conveyancer, Solicitor or Paralegal with relevant residential conveyancing experience
* At least 6 months' post-qualification experience for qualified candidates
* At least 1 year of experience for paralegals managing a caseload
* A thorough understanding of the conveyancing process
* Excellent attention to detail, organisational and time-management skills
* Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
