Our client in Greenford is expanding their team and seeking reliable Night Warehouse Operatives to support their busy night operations. Shift Pattern: 8 PM - 8 AM, 4 ON / 4 OFF You must be fully flexible and able to work any 4 days out of 7. Pay Rates: £13.50 per hour - paid weekly £20.25 per hour for overtime worked on rest days What You'll Be Doing: Picking, packing, and dispatching customer and store orders quickly and accurately Receiving incoming stock and checking deliveries against purchase orders Handling, storing, and labelling products correctly at all times Carrying out regular stock checks to maintain accurate inventory Keeping your workspace clean, organised, and compliant with health & safety standards Working closely with other teams to meet nightly KPIs and targets Reporting any damaged or missing stock immediately What We're Looking For: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not essential Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Physically fit and comfortable with lifting, standing, and walking for long periods A good communicator and supportive team player Flexible, reliable, and able to work varied shifts including weekends Ready to apply?
