Job Description
As an AWS Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in designing, governing, and delivering resilient cloud platforms supporting large-scale telecom provisioning and integration ecosystems. The role offers exposure to enterprise cloud modernization programs, advanced AWS services, and collaboration across architecture, product, and delivery teams.
Your responsibilities:
* Lead the design and governance of AWS cloud architectures ensuring scalability, resilience, and high availability
* Drive multi-account AWS environments using Landing Zone, IAM, networking, and security best practices
* Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and Delivery Managers to align technical solutions with business outcomes
* Provide technical leadership for cloud migration and modernization initiatives
* Enforce operational readiness reviews and production standards for new releases
* Guide DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments
* Oversee monitoring, logging, and observability using enterprise-grade tools
* Mentor engineering teams and ensure adherence to architectural and coding standards
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in AWS architecture and cloud design for enterprise systems
* Hands-on experience with core AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3)
* Experience with serverless technologies (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions)
* Knowledge of multi-account AWS strategies and governance models
* Proven experience in DevSecOps and CI/CD implementation
* Proficiency in Python and shell scripting
* Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Dynatrace, Datadog)
* Exposure to NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
* Background in large-scale system integration environments
Preferred Skills
* Functional knowledge of telecom or broadband provisioning systems
* Experience in on-premise to AWS migration programs
* Familiarity with Agile / Scrum delivery models
