Our Client is seeking an English ECT to deliver KS3 and KS4 English within a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Braintree. The successful candidate will teach a broad and engaging curriculum focused on developing strong literacy, analytical writing and confident communication skills. This role offers a structured Early Career programme with guided planning, supported assessment and regular mentor contact.
