Your Role
As a Senior Consultant, you’ll take the lead on delivering client projects, developing new services, and supporting the growth of the business. You’ll also contribute to strategic decision-making and mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee large or ongoing client projects
* Scope projects and write tailored proposals
* Conduct advanced statistical analyses and interpret results in context
* Communicate findings through reports, presentations, and client conversations
* Build and maintain long‑term client relationships
* Support junior consultants through mentoring and line management
* Contribute to strategic planning and internal development initiatives
* Develop sector‑specific products and services
* Participate in marketing and outreach activities, including blogs, case studies, and events
About You
We’re looking for a confident and experienced statistician with a passion for consultancy and leadership.
* Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Statistics or Data Science.
* Minimum 5 years of practical consultancy experience, or 2 years plus a PhD.
* Broad knowledge of statistical methods and their applications.
* Expertise in R or similar statistical software such as Python.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas to non‑technical audiences.
* Proven ability to lead projects and manage teams to deliver client projects.
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines.
* Professional, client‑focused approach.
* Experience in business development or marketing.
* Interest in shaping sector‑specific services and strategy.
