Veterinary Surgeon – Lincolnshire
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established, independent practice in the heart of Lincolnshire. Since opening in 2007, this small animal practice has built a reputation for providing top-tier care in a supportive and friendly environment. The practice focuses on first-opinion services with an emphasis on continuity of care.
The clinic is Tier 2 RCVS accredited and offers excellent facilities including dedicated dog and cat wards, a fully equipped theatre suite, a diagnostic imaging room with radiography and ultrasonography, and an in-house laboratory that can process blood tests quickly. There is also a bereavement area and isolation room to ensure compassionate and professional patient care.
Situated near Sleaford, you’ll enjoy a peaceful, picturesque area with good transport links to larger cities, offering a balance of tranquil living and access to urban amenities.

* Ideally full-time position (4 days per week)
* Open to part-time applicants
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality first-opinion veterinary care with a focus on continuity of care for pets and clients
* Work within a conscientious team of veterinarians, registered veterinary nurses, and nursing assistants
* Utilize facilities including theatre, diagnostic imaging, and in-house laboratory to deliver timely care
* Support professional development and contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered practice
* Maintain compassionate client communication and uphold clinical standards
Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience as a Veterinary Surgeon with a commitment to high standards of care
* Ability to work effectively in a small animal practice focused on continuity of care
