About the role We have a new opportunity for a Repairs Resident Liaison Officer to join our team in the London office on a full time, permanent basis. As a Repairs Resident Liaison Officer your time will be split between spending time in our communities, working in our central London office, with some time working from home. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role. Resilient and able to deal with challenging situations and deliver sustainable outcomes. Comfortable analysing data and drawing conclusions. Be able to have difficult conversations and write in depth written communications. People skills, being able to work with customers, management, senior management, including board members Essential requirements Educated to Level 3 (A level or equivalent) or able to demonstrate relevant experience in a similar role.
