Each of our seven households includes just 10–12 private rooms surrounding a full kitchen and inviting common spaces. Your Impact as a CNA
* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
* Provide respectful, person-centered care that honors resident preferences
* Support residents in social programs, activities, and dining
* Prepare and serve meals while ensuring food safety and dietary requirements
* Communicate changes in condition promptly to nursing staff and document as required
* Uphold resident rights, privacy, dignity, and confidentiality
* Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming household environment
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Current Massachusetts CNA certification
* CPR/AED certification (required)
* Two years of CNA experience preferred (especially in long-term care)
* Compassion, dependability, and strong teamwork skills

Pay Range: $22.50-26.00/hour
Individual compensation within this range is based on a candidate’s specific qualifications, including education, overall experience, relevant experience, and specific skills. We strive to ensure that compensation is competitive, fair, and reflects the value each candidate brings to the role.
