About the role
Thank you for taking an interest in our school. This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational and talented person to join us and work within our Student Services team. You should have a passion for supporting and challenging students to achieve their best possible outcomes through inclusive learning across Key Stage 3 and 4. We offer an exciting opportunity to work with a team of like-minded people in supporting the learning of identified students with an Education Health & Care Plan or a medical plan across Key Stages 3 and 4. Responsibilities
* Support identified students with an Education Health & Care Plan (EHCP) or medical plan across Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Support the learning, achievement, safeguarding and welfare of all students.
* Assist with creating inclusive learning environments and contribute to positive learning outcomes.
* Support the school’s staff in understanding and meeting the needs of students to promote progress and positive outcomes.
