We are working with a growing food manufacturing business based in Leicester, on the search for a hands-on, strategically minded Generalist Marketing Manager to help build a standout brand in the fresh, authentic meals and snacks space.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a marketer who enjoys both shaping brand strategy and executing day-to-day activity. The business has a small in-house team, including a designer and a social media specialist, and is now looking for someone to take ownership of marketing and external communications.
The Marketing Manager will:
1. Own and develop the brand story, positioning and tone of voice
2. Lead external communications, with a particular focus on improving PR and brand visibility
3. Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns from concept through to execution
4. Be hands-on across content, launches, partnerships and brand activity
5. Manage and collaborate with agencies and freelancers as required
6. Play a key role in taking an early-stage brand and helping turn it into a household name
This role will suit someone comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment, where ideas are encouraged and impact is visible.
