About the Role: * Provide 1:1 support for students with a range of special educational needs (SEN), including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other learning difficulties. * Work within alternative provisions, PRUs, and mainstream schools, supporting students with challenging behaviour. * Assist in implementing EHCPs and individual behaviour management strategies. * Build positive relationships to support students' academic and personal development. * Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to create a nurturing learning environment.
