You aren't just managing ads; you are building a scalable "always-on" engine that leverages paid search (Google and Bing) paid social (LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit) ABM tactics, strategic remarketing workflows and precision geo-targeting to turn cold prospects into Sales-Ready Opportunities.
Contract End: September 2026
What You Will Be Doing
Roles and Responsibilities Include:
Campaign Management & Optimisation
* Oversee the end-to-end execution of paid digital advertising across all relevant platforms - including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Linkedin, Meta, Reddit, eLearning Institute and G2 amongst others.
* Oversee paid search (Google/Microsoft Ads) and niche platforms (G2, Capterra) to ensure a cohesive narrative across the entire digital ecosystem.
* Own the end-to-end execution of LinkedIn Ads, focusing on Lead Gen, Event and Sponsored Content to engage HR and L&D leaders.
* Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing on 1:many ABM campaigns, utilizing various targeting strategies including LinkedIn’s Matched Audiences and HubSpot data to surround buying committees.
* Architect regionalized campaigns to support field marketing events and territory-specific growth, ensuring high-density brand awareness in key geographic hubs.
* Design and manage complex remarketing and retargeting sequences across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta to reduce funnel friction and re-engage "abandoned" high-intent visitors, including across 1:many ABM campaigns.
* Collaborate on the digital strategy with external agencies and vendors and manage those relationships as needed.
* Drive continuous improvement through rigorous data analysis to inform optimisation of ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies.
* Manage and optimise the inbound digital customer journey, working closely with the Head of Digital Performance Marketing, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience across all touchpoints.
* Implement sophisticated audience layering, combining intent data, job-title targeting, and company-size filters, to ensure zero-waste ad spend.
* Partner with the Head of Digital Performance to build and test high-converting, personalized landing page experiences that align specifically with your ad targeting.
* Implement advanced audience segmentation and personalisation strategies to enhance campaign relevance and effectiveness through the inbound journey.
Analytics & Planning
* Assist with the development of performance marketing strategies, aligning with business growth targets and ROI objectives.
* Collaborate with senior management, product marketing and content and campaign teams to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives with broader marketing and business strategies.
* Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and initiatives.
* Beyond just reporting numbers, provide insight back to the marketing team, including ABM, on key actions to maximise results.
Budget Management & Reporting
* Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximising ROI.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date budget tracking and reporting, providing regular updates to senior management.
* Work with the Head of Digital Performance Marketing to generate comprehensive performance reports, analysing key metrics and providing actionable insights for optimisation.
* Your work will contribute to data-driven recommendations to senior management, influencing strategic decisions and driving business growth.
Who We Are Looking For
The Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate:
* Expertise in Digital Marketing: In-depth knowledge of paid search, paid social, inbound marketing, ABM and performance marketing principles.
* ABM Tech Stack: Experience using HubSpot and LinkedIn for audience synchronization; familiarity with intent tools (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, or Cognism) is a major plus.
* Geo-Targeting Expert: Experience executing localized campaigns that drive measurable "boots on the ground" results for regional sales teams.
* Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data, identify trends and provide actionable insights to optimise campaign performance.
