Responsibilities:
The Head Chef oversees the entire operation of their YO! Kitchen and is responsible for the safety of our teams and guests.
You will lead and motivate the kitchen team, ensuring food quality, adherence to specifications, and excellence in every dish. Your focus will be on creating a positive environment, developing your team to reach their potential, and driving profitability through effective control of food costs.
You should be comfortable working in all kitchen sections, capable of preparing fish, cooking rice, rolling sushi, and maintaining kitchen standards daily. You will also be an inspiring leader during busy shifts, ensuring an outstanding experience for guests and team members alike.
