Position Overview
Join Boots as a CRM Specialist within our dynamic Marketing team in Nottingham, Beeston. You’ll have the opportunity to develop personalised marketing plans and manage impactful communications that resonate with our customers. Reporting to the CRM Manager, you’ll work cross‑functionally with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the best customer communications while driving real commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
* Create, own, and deliver the CRM plan and incentives.
* Collaborate with the wider marketing team to respond to briefs based on business objectives.
* Review and analyse commercial and customer impact to identify opportunities.
* Assign KPIs and optimise customer journeys based on results.
* Work with the Customer Marketing team to enhance the total customer experience.
Required Qualifications
* Background in marketing, ideally with CRM, digital, or printed communications experience.
* A creative mindset with a customer‑first and analytical approach.
* Excellent relationship‑building, organisational, and communication skills.
* Flexibility and a willingness to contribute to various projects.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in data analysis and customer segmentation.
* Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
