About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Front of House Manager to join our team. You will be a growing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members alike. Your responsibilities include coaching and developing your team, supporting shift operations, and driving performance.

* Managing shifts, planning schedules, and ensuring proper coverage
* Recognizing and celebrating great performance on shift
What we’re looking for:
* Passion for supporting your team and maintaining high standards
* Experience in running shifts and planning rotas
* Understanding of managing labour and restaurant performance
* Ability to recognize and celebrate team achievements
