We are looking for driven, resilient and committed cover supervisors for English and Maths Functional Skills in one our secondary/further education SEMH schools in the Warrington area; you will be supporting students with Social, emotional and Mental health challenges and low-level SEN needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is committed to inclusive education and wants to make a positive impact to young people’s lives.
As a Cover Supervisor you will
Deliver engaging pre-prepared lessons
Manage behaviour in a clam and patient approach
Support the school in maintaining a positive and nurturing learning environment
Encourage pupils with their engagement and confidence
Work to support students in accordance with their EHCP
Adapt activities to best suit individual children’s needs when required
