HR Advisor
Our client, a leading education institution, is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join their team!
Description
To provide generalist advice and guidance to colleagues in the effective use of all HR policies and procedures; acting as first line support for all end-to-end ER matters including investigation, disciplinary, grievance, and short/long-term absence management. You will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive, effective, and professional HR service to all employees, ensuring best practices, compliance with policies, and employment legislation. Additionally, you will keep HR documentation up to date in line with legal requirements, assist with payroll data preparation, and produce monthly and ad-hoc HR reports.
Minimum Skills Required
* CIPD Level 5 (full or in progress)
* Experience working across multiple sites
