Purpose of the role:
At our Pall Mall clubhouse, you will gain exposure to a variety of dining experiences, providing the perfect environment to grow and develop your skills as a Commis Chef.
Responsibilities:
* Culinary Excellence: Assist in preparing and cooking dishes across various kitchen sections
* Quality Assurance: Ensure every dish meets our high standards
* Hygiene and Safety: Adhere to food hygiene, health and safety laws, and Club food policy
About you:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* A genuine interest in a career in high-end hospitality
* Ability to listen, follow instructions, and work well with others
* Adaptable and ready to take on new challenges
* Basic food hygiene skills
* NVQ levels 1 and 2 completed or in progress
