Role Description. * Maintain safe working practices and environment. * Organising staffing schedules. * Understand warehouse compliance regulations. * Stock control, material flow and fleet management. * Safe, accurate and effective storage of goods. * Oversee team performance and fleet utilisation. * Daily control of goods in/out process. * Identify and report training requirements. * Assisting with investigation reports, effectively ensuring H&S adherence. * Ensure communication throughout the team.
