About the Role
As ECT Psychology Teacher, you will typically teach KS5 Psychology (and may contribute to KS4/PSHE or related curriculum areas depending on the school model). You will be supported to deliver a well-structured curriculum that develops:
* Secure understanding of core psychological approaches, studies and debates
* Strong research methods knowledge and application of data/statistics (spec dependent)
* Confident evaluative writing and well-supported argument
* Clear exam technique through modelling, deliberate practice and feedback
* Independent learning habits and study skills suited to sixth form
