Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.
A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year, providing services at two elementary and middle school sites in Saint Paul, MN. This contract position offers a chance to work with a diverse student population, supporting language development and communication skills in young learners.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
* Minnesota SLP license required
* Open to new graduates; SLPA applicants will not be considered at this time
* Experience or interest in working with elementary and middle school students
* Ability to manage a caseload of 45-50 students effectively
* Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with educators and families
Location:
* Saint Paul, Minnesota
* Elementary and Middle School settings (two school sites)
Responsibilities:
* Provide assessment, diagnosis, and targeted therapy to students with speech and language impairments
* Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff and families
* Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals accordingly
* Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to creating a supportive educational environment
