Area Sales Manager - Roofing / floor & interior solutions
Area: North West / South West / Wales & West Country
1. This is a field based sales role representing a true market leader and global blue-chip manufacturer.
2. The Area Sales Manager will be tasked with winning and tracking 90% new and 10% refurb projects across exciting commercial build projects across the region - selling a leading range of roofing, flooring solutions and non-structural interior products.
3. The customer base / route to market is via sub-contractors (roofing contractors, dry-lining contractors, joinery companies) and tier 1 main contractors.
4. The Area Sales Manager will be in a fortuitous position where nearly all enquires / leads are inbound and, as such, be required to follow up and convert projects. (This is due to their exceptional reputation and support from a world-class marketing team).
5. Project order values range from £10K to £500k - therefore, there is a mixture of short and longer sales cycles.
