About the Employer
I am a sixty year old woman with a diagnosis of bipolar disorder and a long history of contact with mental health services and inpatient admissions during manic episodes. I was last discharged in November 2025 and am currently stable and in remission.
I am interested to get help with practical tasks around the house and garden. I would really appreciate support with basic IT. I would like someone compatible for socialising out and about and chats at home.
It would be helpful if the PA has some understanding of bipolar disorder and confidence or a willingness to learn how to recognise my early warning signs for highs and lows and identify potential triggers. My needs vary with my mood and when my mood is in balance I am a very capable and competent person needing a low level of support.
