As our Transformation Manager - Data and AI, you’ll help unlock the power of data and AI across global teams to transform healthcare. You’ll be part of a small, supportive team driving Bupa’s data and AI ambitions, working with market and business units to turn ideas into real improvements for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support design, development, and delivery of data and AI projects.
2. Lead project and programme activities including planning, timelines and reporting.
3. Work across multi-market and cross-functional programmes.
4. Create clear executive updates, presentations, and strategy papers.
5. Support KPI reporting and performance analysis.
6. Act as a link between strategy, data, operations teams.
7. Represent the Health Data and AI team in working groups and project forums.
What We’re Looking For:
8. Degree-level education (BA, BSc, MA, MEng or similar).
9. Strong project management skills and experience working with global teams.
10. Clear written and verbal communication skills.
11. Ability to connect day‑to‑day work to strategic goals.
12. Comfortable in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
13. Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
14. Collaborative mindset across cultures and disciplines.
15. Experience in health, data, or AI is helpful but not essential.
