A leading UK law firm is looking for a commercially‑minded 360 Employment Solicitor to join its London team. You’ll handle a mix of contentious and non‑contentious employment matters for UK and international clients of all shapes and sizes and at different stages of growth.
What You’ll Do:
* Advise clients on complex employment issues with a commercial focus
* Represent clients in advocacy and negotiations
* Deliver training, seminars, and guidance to clients and colleagues
* Supervise junior fee‑earners and contribute to team growth
Who You Are:
* Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE in employment law, acquired in a good City, regional or national
* Cross-sector know how, technology a plus.
* Strong drafting, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
* Collaborative, curious, and committed to mentoring and supporting colleagues
* Language skills an advantage
