Our current focus includes the development of ViraxImmune™, a T cell immune profiling platform aimed at facilitating the diagnosis of chronic conditions such as post-viral syndromes, Lyme disease, and ME/CFS. In parallel, our ImmuneSelect™ product range provides advanced tools and services for immunology and clinical research.
We are looking for a motivated scientist to join our recombinant antibody team, based in Biocity Glasgow. This role offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in phage display and antibody screening to support our research and diagnostic product pipelines. You will work with a human scFv phage display library to design and optimise selection workflows, identify antibody candidates, and support their progression for product development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, and optimise phage display selection workflows, including library handling, panning, and enrichment.
* Identify and characterise antibody clones through sequencing and recombinant expression.
* Reformat scFv into IgG and contribute to antibody engineering, including affinity maturation and optimisation.
