About the role
As a Clinical Deputy, you will work closely with the Home Manager, nurses, and carers to ensure the highest standards of clinical care and governance across the home. You will combine hands-on clinical delivery with leadership duties, helping to maintain a safe, person-centred care environment. Youll also support staff development, oversee clinical compliance, and contribute to operational management. This is a senior role for an experienced, capable nurse ready to lead with confidence and care.
You may occasionally support other homes in the local area, so a full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Skills and attributes
1. NMC Registered Nurse (Adult, Mental Health, or Learning Disabilities)
2. Experience as a Clinical Lead or Deputy in a care home
3. Strong leadership in clinical and care settings
4. In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and governance
5. Skilled in wound care, medication, and health assessments
