Description
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and reports
* Manage internal audit processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations
* Provide financial insight and advice to the management team
* Implement budgeting and forecasting processes
* Handle tax and treasury matters effectively
* Monitor and manage company's financial risk
* Contribute to the development of the company's strategic financial objectives
* Support the Accounting & Finance department in other duties as required
Profile
A successful Financial Accountant should have:
* A strong academic background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
* Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
* Ideally suited for a first time mover from Practice
* Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems
* Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
* Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills to liaise with colleagues and stakeholders
